id 212 Pte Ltd was founded in 2010 by two building professionals – Ms Celine Chia and Mr Patrick Koh. With almost 50 years of collective experiences in the construction industry, id 212 draws synergy from Celine’s strength in interior décor, particularly in the hospitality industry, and Patrick’s extensive industry experiences in building, addition and alterations, repair and re-decoration. This has allowed id 212 to become the premium provider for end-to-end design consultancy, interior decoration and project management services.

Today, id 212 has grown from a 3-man team to a company with 14 dedicated professionals. The company has also progressed from small renovation works to multi-million dollar interior décor projects for renowned clients.

We actively source for high quality building materials and accessories to complement our core services, and hence, emerging as an agent of choice for high quality system furniture and interior décor products.

Future Plan

In the next 5 years, Singapore will be a base for the company to act as a stepping stone to expand its footprints across the Asia Pacific region. This includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. We also plan to extend our B2B business model to include B2C services through media, with the use of a web-portal. It will provide consumers with the concept of a one-stop hub DIY interior design – bringing them from space planning, furniture selection and visualisation to implementation.

To achieve these expansion plans, id 212 will increase its support for the sales and marketing team to accommodate the high volume of orders in the future. This will help to faciliate delivery and better provide service excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.
